The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and Washington counties in Arkansas. A severe thunderstorm watch has also been issued for Adair, Cherokee, Delaware, Haskell and Sequoyah counties in Oklahoma, as well as for McDonald County, Missouri.
